It varies, depending on the complexity and documentation available. We do have some fixed prices for residential projects and industrial warehouses. Our price ranges from $380 - $1800. At an engagement process like what we do now, we usually provide our clients with a trial or a quotation before we take any job from them to ensure they’re happy with how we do it and the price.
We specialise in plumbing and roofing for residential, commercial, renovation, and civil drainage estimating.
Our team consists of plumbing estimators, a civil engineer, a mechanical engineer, an architect, a construction solicitor, and certified plumbers. Dean has been managing a team of his estimators for solid 7 years. Our team has technical expertise with roof plumbing and plumbing work contracts, roof plumbing and plumbing residential and commercial project management and administration. We have proven records of 300% revenue growth of our clients over the last 2 years since we started operating.
Depending on the project's complexity, typical single residential homes usually take 1 – 3 days, and commercial projects may take 5 – 10 days. We always put our best effort into a swift turnaround for our clients, especially when they have a due date to meet.
Unfortunately, confidentiality is part of our commitments to our clients. We do not provide project references or examples of past projects. However, we can provide work samples for your project at no cost to our clients.

Our team considers all regulation that is applied to the Building Codes, Plumbing and Roof Plumbing Regulations, and safety standards when they estimate jobs and make allowances for preliminary expenses such as project management and administration expenses, Bal rating area, dry tapping for the certain water authority, traffic management for the council work, craneage, trench shoring, working in confined space, and non-productive hours for site inductions etc. So, the client can expect our bill of quantity report will contain the expenses, profit margin, and certain allowances for their reference when they win the bid for project budgeting and management purposes.
Depending on the size of the project and the timeframe given, our project managers usually give our clients a weekly update on the progress every Friday afternoon via calls and emails to make it more personal. Besides we are also currently working on a live platform where clients can track their progress from their mobile phones.
We understand that every business is different and have a different overhead recovery rate and different format they may usually use. Hence, our project managers will work closely with the client to ensure we can understand their specific needs and preferences, whether it is the format, the pricing, or the deliverables. For us, the profitability and growth of our client is our KPI. Therefore, we also want to deliver our report as easily as possible to understand.
Typical single residential homes usually take 1 – 3 days, and commercial projects may take 5 – 10 days. Due to our limited staff, we will inform our clients at the start whether it is achievable or not to meet their deadlines. However, we always put our best effort into fulfilling the needs of our client.
